{"id":58494,"date":"2023-10-16T14:47:48","date_gmt":"2023-10-16T17:47:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agendaparaguay.com\/v2\/?p=58494"},"modified":"2023-10-16T19:45:43","modified_gmt":"2023-10-16T22:45:43","slug":"piden-remocion-de-hernan-rivas-del-jem","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agendaparaguay.com\/v2\/2023\/10\/16\/piden-remocion-de-hernan-rivas-del-jem\/","title":{"rendered":"Piden remoci\u00f3n de Hern\u00e1n Rivas del JEM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los legisladores Kattya Gonz\u00e1lez y Rub\u00e9n Ben\u00edtez en conferencia de prensa, solicitaron la remoci\u00f3n del senador Hern\u00e1n Rivas de la representaci\u00f3n del Senado ante el Jurado de Enjuiciamiento de Magistrados.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan indicaron, el t\u00edtulo de abogado de Rivas \u00abno tiene validez\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El pedido surge a partir de una \u00absolicitud de informes\u00bb remitido desde el Congreso, a la Agencia Nacional de Acreditaci\u00f3n y Evaluaci\u00f3n de la Educaci\u00f3n Superior, ANEAES, el Consejo Nacional de Educaci\u00f3n Superior, CONES, as\u00ed como la Corte Suprema de Justicia, sobre el t\u00edtulo de abogado presentado por Rivas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La respuesta de las instituciones es que \u00abcarece de validez\u00bb ya que se registr\u00f3 horas antes de jurar como representante del Senado ante el Jurado de Enjuiciamiento de Magistrados.
